Balderdash Brewing 'Wily Wolverine' Strong Lager @ 8.0% , served from a single 473 ml can
A-pour is light gold from the can to a clear light gold in the glass with a small size white head , dissipating quickly
S-sweet malts
T-not even worthy of a Strong Euro Lager -or- Malt Liquor rating (shame on you Balderdash)
MF-ok carbonation , feels full bodied
Ov-advertising on the can said (30% feistier) crafty cheeky feisty strong , glad I could only buy the one & done can on sale

Tastes terrible and extremely bitter, mouthfeel is way too thick, uncomfortably so. It coats the mouth and throat witb an oily feeling. Also, the design is a flagrant plagiarism of sneaky weasel, another extremely subpar beer

Doesn't taste amazing, but I like it for an %8 beer. Dont drink this if you're looking for a delicious sessionable belgian table beer.

A - Crystal clear, pinpoint carbonation rising through the glass, throwing a rocky, off white head.

S - The aroma is nothing, if not interesting. It's not quite malty, more a kind of a strangely sweet aroma. Sort of an odd mix of corn with a hint of caramel in the background. I'd like to say Im getting a hint of some bready malts, but I'm just not.

T - Starts off smooth, for a second. then moves into a sweetness similar to what I got in the nose. Only this time, it's more sugary up front with corn taking a back seat. Then, when I go to swallow, comes that alcoholic burn.

O - Overall, the mouthfeel is kind of slick and oily, giving me a beer that's corny and sugary, with the slight alcoholic burn you get in too many strong beers like this.
