On tap at the brewery.
Interesting blend of fruity sour and dry funky farmhouse fermentation. Mango and pineapple tartness, funky wild Brett yeast blend. Fruit flavors are more subtle, puckering sour gives way to a dry finish. Lively carbonation.

One of the better kettled sours I've had in ages. Fruit is #YUGE on this, and she's a mother. Pucker both sphincters right up with that lacto-B sour acidity. But the stuff is mellow Nd smooth on the pallet and upper GI tract. Has great fizzy carb akin to your momma's favorite berlinerweiss. Keeps well in the crowler too. Win.
