Appearance: Presents with a hazy amber color capped by a one finger head; good persistence and lacing action
Smell: Funky and peppery yeast phenols join with distinct aromas from each of the four fruits
Taste: Passionfruit adds a slight bitterness to the sweeter elements from the peach and the plum; through the middle, the blood orange bitterness builds; after the swallow, the oak emerges along with the phenols; funky, peppery finish
Mouthfeel: Medium body with moderate carbonation
Overall: A lot of interesting fruit expression here; the yeast is distinctive and I really enjoyed the peppery finish
