Cloudy, dirty gold color. Modest head. Only rim bubbles remain. A few spots on the glass.
Pleasant combination of papaya, mango and lemon with a dash of white pepper. There's also a shredded paper aroma.
I get dried stone fruit like apricot or mango. Smooth until the peppery hop takes over. While it doesn't overwhelm, it defines the beer. Highly carbonated, the body isn't rich enough to provide full balance.
