Muddy amber color. Solid head that settles to film and rim bubbles. Relatively light on the lace.
There’s an interesting combination of berry sweetness and dry cardboard.
More dry than expected. Highly carbonated but with enough body to provide balance. This is different form most IPAs but subtly so. There’s a background dried berries but with a white pepper spice. Yet the aftertaste is short. Overall, the flavor is complex and hard to nail in a description.
