Hazy to cloudy appearance. Dirty gold color. Minor head but it leaves many thinner streaks on the glass.
Pineapple nose with some prickly hop. There’s a bit of candy sugar to the aroma.
The taste is far dryer than the smell lets on. Gone are the pineapple and sugar. This leans thinner but for a session beer it’s okay. Higher carbonation. I’d probably call this an APA before I’d put it into the session IPA category but it’s still good and easy to drink. The finish is spicy but not overly bitter. Moderate length aftertaste.
