From the brewer:
Pale bock lager. Perfect for late spring with a dense maltiness from German Pilsner, Vienna, and Munich malts and a touch of Mittelfruh.

Bright amber color and clear. Small quickly dying head that leaves the finest of rim bubbles. Occasional temporary spots on the glass.
Clean pale malt smell. A bit biscuity. No alcohol.
Lightly boozy with a full, as expected, body. Not so sweet unlike most Bocks. Creamy and malty. No distinctive hop but it seems well balanced. Overall, a fine example of a pale bock...worthy of multiple glasses.
