Nearly ruby red color. Cloudy. Nearly no head which disappears completely and leaves no lacing.
Mildly sour nose with a touch of earthiness.
Highly carbonated with a thinnish body. The taste builds to a strong sour finish. Nearly lip puckering. Think tart cherries, there's no sweetness I can discern. Long tart aftertaste.
