Burning Fuse India Pale Ale is a pineapple jalapeño IPA that explodes with flavour of pineapple, citrus and jalapeño pepper.
The liberal use of late addition hops provides a beautiful aroma and hop flavour without lingering bitterness.

16 ounce single can - no canning date. This iteration (version 2.0) further reduction in ABV and think big change in malt profile.
Pours a very slightly hazy yellow golden with a finger of tight bubbly white head.
Pineapple/pineapple juice on the nose with hint of citrus and some notes of the pepper with a vegetal aroma.
Starts quite sweet on the initial sip - again pineapple juice; green with notes of the jalapeño pepper but only a gentle hit of the pepper heat, with a weedy, herbal and vegetal bitterness. Dry with subdued pale malt flavour.
Light and bright mouthfeel - active carbonation - dry yet still the pineapple juice sweetness.
Certainly compared to the original caramel malt sweetness is no longer prominent and the pepper heat is, for me, disappointingly much reduced.
