Bottle: Poured a clear light reddish color ale with a large white foamy head with limited retention and not much lacing. Aroma of sour raspberry notes with light funky notes is enjoyable. Taste is dominated by strong sour notes with some acidic raspberry notes. Body is about average with good carbonation. Enjoyable though acidic notes are so powerful it limits the depth and complexity of flavours that can be tasted – I could barely taste any lime or ginger notes.

The beer pours a Clear ruby red with a medium frothy white head. It has medium high carbonation. The beer smells of raspberries, lemon, and cinnamon pie. It tastes very tart, with raspberries, lemon, watermelon, and cinnamon pie. The feel is full and acidic. A good sour, but a very extreme beer.

Sample at Mikkeller Beer Celebration Copenhagen 2018, Red Session. Aroma has sweet fruit jelly and wine gums. Taste is sour, fruity, mineral and a bit astringent.

Incredibly thankful to Todd from Foam for getting a chance to try this!
Pours a pinkish red, with little head.
The smell is a blast! You can really pick up the primary ingridients in here, raspberry, ginger and lemon. Just a great smell, very summery.
The taste is even better. Once again, you distinctly taste the raspberries, then ginger and then lemon. All the flavors marry beautifully, enhancing each other. The level of acidity is spot on, on the verge of mouth puckering, but juuuust under the line. Smacking my lips on the finish, I get the very particular taste of Refreshers candy. A belter!
Mouthfeel is thin, with quite a bit of bubbles.
In a word, wow. This blew me away, especially at how well the ginger worked with the other flavors. Ginger tends to bully other notes, but here it just brought them together. Stunning, and I'm very glad I also have a House Dot to try!

On tap at Pink Dot release.
Pours electric pink, looks slightly undercarbed but turns out to be balanced nicely. Great nose of lemons, don't get much berry here but that shines in the flavors. Taste is sweet raspberry forward, on a backbone of citrusy lemons. Don't get much ginger but the berry and lemon flavors are balanced by something. Finishes with the dot sour kick known to these releases, but this one is not quite as sour as the other releases. Much more balanced and approachable to those who might not want a sour bomb that makes your mouth pucker and reach for the tums. Overall a great addition to an already amazing dot line.

Pink, very pink. Looks like some kind of nonsense juice (in a good way) Decent head with nice lacing. Can't put my finger on which fruit, guava maybe, but smells great. Some farmhouse funk adds a nice touch. Super tart. Beer sweet tarts. Feel is thick luxurious but the tartness dances on the tongue. Out of several beers tried, this was my favorite.

Pink pour with visible foam. Scents of fresh raspberry and ginger root are present. Tartness is complimented by a tangy wild yeast. Very drinkable and a thirst quencher.
