Sorry but can't get by the acidity despite all the other attributes, maybe I'm getting old... Pretty cool to smell the ginger. Drinking this 11.09.24. Aged under pristine conditions.

L - 1.5 finger chunky bright-white head atop a translucent yellow body.
S - orange, ginger, vinegar.
T - quite acidic orange and ginger. Tangerine, biscuit, floral. No bitterness. Low sweetness. No booziness.
F - medium-light body with aggressive carb.
O - I had no idea these flavors would go so well together.

Bottle has got to be about 2 years old. Stored reasonably well. Poured into a Tired Hands teku on 10/12/18.
Looks how you'd expect. Golden with a relatively sturdy head.
Nose is ridiculous. It's 100% just lemon lime gatorade and ginger ale - no hyperbole at all.
Taste is very sour. Incredibly bright citrus with ginger cutting through. Lacto cheesy funk.
Feel is right where you want it to be. Lighter but sticks to your gums a bit.
Overall this almost feels like cheating with how familiar these flavors are. But this is very well executed, and I don't know that I could ask for anything more. I'm probably underrating it TBH.

Poured into a tulip, the appearance was a golden yellow color with a finger’s worth of swiftly dissipating foamy white head. Not much lace, and what there was, slid into the glass. The aroma had some soft sweet orange pulp, somewhat juicy and blending upon some rind-like portions to some dry woody edges. Some citrus zest concurs with ginger to play fairly nice in the final arrangement. The flavor took the previously mentioned aromas to blend sourly edged with some zestiness, light tart and a touch of sweet. Light spice from the ginger accompanies some light bitter. Aftertaste blends the sour to the bitter with a little bit of pucker. Finish was basically the same. The feel was almost medium bodied with a good sipping quality about it. Despite the assumed sessionable sort of feel from the ABV, this is not to be gulped. Carbonation felt good. Overall, nicely done sour ale by one of Vermont’s finest breweries for this style.

Pours an unclear yellow, with lots of visible bubbles. Low, fine foam.
The smell is very crisp, smelling like a sour ginger ale, with a dash of lime.
The taste is quite sour, for an American sour. Lime and ginger trigger each other, and the aftertaste is a bit like yougurt.
Mouthfeel is thin, with loads of prickly carbonation.
Overall, a really great sour, perfect acidity, and the ginger and lime work very well.

Poured into their branded Teku at the brewery for the Purple Dot bottle release.
Golden, fairly clear, thick, just off-white foamy head that slowly settles into a half inch thick head.
Aroma of sweet tartness, delicate citrus and ginger.
Tartness hits first, but smooth and not overpowering. Sweet citrus zest and ginger backing. Bit of earthy funk in the background, but only faintly noticeable.
Moderate carbonation, medium body, smooth, refreshing.
Great flavor and level of tartness. Refreshing and crisp.
