Poured at the brewery into their (House of Fermentology) branded teku.

Cloudy reddish brown, slightly red tinged head, thick and foamy, settles slowly into ring around the glass. Tons of lacing clings to the glass.

Tart cherries, sweet tart candy, bit of oak.

Crisp in your face tartness followed by sour cherry and oak barrel. More of the cherry and barrel come out as it warms and I get used to the tartness. Cherry sweetness and a slight funk come through at this point.

Medium body and moderate carbonation, effervescent and active bubbling.

Another great "dot" with complex layers of flavor.
