Served on tap at the brewery.
Pours a beautiful garnet/cabernet color one half a finger of bubbly head.
Aromas are nice levels of tart yeast and some red wine.
Flavors are lovely, balanced levels of sour yeast and red fruit, wine, cassis.
Mouthfeel is lovely and finishes clean and dry.
Overall, another killer dot from HoF. I can't believe the level of alc on this as there was barely any alc on my pallet.
