Lightly foggy pale yellow with a short off-white head fizzling out quickly to nothing.
Dang, this is pretty close to Fou' Foune territory, despite being a different stone fruit. Effervescent, tart, funky, oaky and fruity--though at times a bit more acidic than I'd like, this is kept well in check by the sweet herbal fruit that's also a little floral.
Finishing cleanly semi-dry, the medium-light body has a tingly carbonation that keeps it buzzing with life.
