Turbid pale salmon to an almost peach-orange with a short off-white head that fizzles out quickly to a thin ring.
I definitely get that seedy Jester King-like funk of Omniscience & Proselytism mixed in with some gooey, wild backyard jam. But this is then, in short order, contrasted by some black peppercorn and a unique cedar element that adds a lot of intriguing complexity throughout the entire pour.
The medium-light body is bolstered by an assertively prickly carbonation that comes to a lightly stinging, semi-dry finish. This may seem overly acidic at first and even second sip, but it settles down thereafter.
