The body is somewhat full and creamy for a beer so pale. The flavor is spicy, with coriander, clove and pepper, followed by some sweet, grainy malt and fluffy carbonation. The dry finish has a touch of sweetness and just enough bitterness. The late addition and dry hopping make this 11.1% ABV all the more impressive.

Crowler into pint glass. Pours a beautiful clear amber with a huge, blocky, off-white head head. Initial impression is slightly sweet spiciness, with some citrus in the background. Mouthfeel is medium - not sticky, but certainly not thin. Carbonation is medium - just about right for the style. Alcohol (this batch says 10.0% ABV) is well hidden. Finish is dry. and again slightly sweet, but fading to hops bitterness and possibly a touch of phenol. Not bad, but not something I'd seek out.
