on draft at the brewery, served in pint glass
clear, medium golden in color, thin white head. aroma and flavor are grainy but clean and crisp. easy drinking. thin to medium bodied.

This is easily one of the top 10 beers I’ve had all year round. I remember years back I had a really good Kolsch. Then I had another and was hooked. After that I feel like I couldn’t quite find that great Kolsch taste again til now.
My wife had been gradually adding more and more lime juice to Pacifico over the weekend and tried this with a little lime also. It’s awesome!
