pours jet black, with thick tan colored head. aroma is a nice mix of cinnamon, chocolate, and vanilla. Similar taste, actually well balanced for a "pastry stout" - it's not cloyingly sweet. I don't really get the exact "snickerdoodle" goal, as those cookies don't have any chocolate. But I like the cinnamon addition to stouts when done properly. overall it's definitely a dessert beer, and fairly well done.

Pours black. Aroma is sweet cinnamon. Tastes like drinking a snickerdoodle cookie. Perfect for winter by the fire. Medium feel.
