Brewed with a trio of classic hops Simcoe, Mosaic and Chinook this bold DIPA layers old-school pine and resin with bright bursts of lemon zest, peach and a subtle touch of berries. Smooth yet assertive, it balances sticky hop character with a clean malt backbone, finishing dry and resinous with just enough citrus bite to keep you coming back for another sip.

pours fairly clear, medium golden color, thick white head. great head retention and lacing. pleasant hop aroma of dank pine, grassy, grapefruit. similar taste, good bitter finish. medium bodied, sticky mouthfeel

A - Dark medium gold colored pour with a dense, creamy, frothy layer of foam resting on top. Carbonation is ver, very light.
S - Light berry, tropical fruit, a little bit of some floral, and some herbal presence,
T - Berry, tropical fruit, a little bit of floral, some herbally tropical fruit, and ends with just the right amount of pine bitterness to balance things out. Lots of lingering floral and tropical fruit after the sip.
M - Big medium body with a really dry finish.
O - This one is rock solid!
