An experimental hybrid inspired by some of our favorite elements of our favorite styles of beer. Fermented quite dry with our happy Belgian Saison strain, refermented atop fresh Pino Grigio wine must, and then heavily dry-hopped with Hallertau Blanc and a touch of Casade. This effervescent ale has cohesive notes of Pino Grigio, dried apricots, and wildflower honey.
