This creamy smooth Double IPA was transcontinentally hopped with some of our favorite Southern Hemisphere varietals; Wakatu, Pacific Gem, and Vic Secret. This decadent DIPA has super juicy notes of Key Lime custard, oaky stone fruits, and pineapple cocktails.

on draft at the brewpub, in a 12 oz glass. this batch listed as 8.3% abv
opaque, dark yellow in color, thick white head. nice tropical fruit aroma - passion fruit, mango, citrus. taste is similar, but finishes with strong hop burn, stings the back of the throat significantly. (I love bitterness in an IPA, but hop burn is a major turn off for me). softer, fuller mouthfeel.
