From notes taken 8/29/20. From a 16oz can. Small amount poured into a small glass.
Pours a translucent pale yellow with white head. Moderate retention and lacing.
Smells of lemon, bread and grains and a bit of sweetness.
Taste follows. Bread and grain. Hint of citrus.
Above average carbonation. Thin mouthfeel. Mild aftertaste.
Hits the mark as a hefe. Not my most favorite style in the world but this is decent.
