Poured into a wide mouth, grip shaped goblet: color is straw gold and clear, head is off white and presents quickly with scant thin top and dissipates to nothing.
Smell is neutral grain, light adjunct off note, crisp earth hop note.
Taste is more neutral and adjunct grain, light cracker, crisp carbonic finish with earthy/neutral hops.
Mouthfeel is crisp/moderate carbonation, lower sweetness, lower bitterness but lingering crisp carbonic note.
