Good low alcohol bright golden tripel. Could be a bit more expressive on the yeast character but still quite good and brewed for a noble cause. Not too heavy and refreshingly dry

Look: The beer pours a amber-yellow color with a nice white head
Smell: Sweet nose; yeast and fruits (peach, orange and lots of apple) and flowery hops.
Taste: Grains, yeast, banana, honey, citrus fruits with light dry hoppy aftertaste. Nice interplay between sweetness and dryness. Perfectly balanced
Mouthfeel: Medium carbonation, medium body
Overall: Very drinkable beer

Het elfde gebod is a good example of a belgian style strong golden ale. The appearance is golden with a thick white head. Its smell is of a sweet fruitiness nice apple aroma. The taste is slightly sweet at first with a ending dryness; also has honey and banana notes. Alcohol content seems to be less than most other beers of the same style. Overall a very balanced beer that should be tried.
