Moderate hoppy (citrus) and light-to-moderate malty (wheat) aroma with some notes of honey.
Moderate sweet flavour with very light acidic notes; average-lasting dry finish.
Light-to-medium body with watery texture; average carbonation.

Poured from a 12 oz bottle into a willi becher glass.
L- Pours a hazy lemony yellow color with a frothy white head.
S - slight lemon smell.
T - Taste matches the smell, nice lemony flavor. very light on the Belgian yeast, in a good way.
F - Medium body and carbonation.
O - Interesting witbier.

Platinum + lively head; rubber, herb, + mercaptan plus mold; hit of cracker, sourness, cabbage, must, roses; lively thin.

From the bottle, it pours a hazy yellowy color with a large white head. Sharp lemony scent in the nose. In the mouth, it is a light, slightly lemony and malty taste. Nice!
