Milk stout with additions of semi-sweet chocolate and vanilla beans. Aroma of mocha latte, then muddled notes of coffee and vanilla before the chocolate flavor kicks in from both the roasted malt and chocolate added during the boil. The finish is smooth and resolves with a kiss of marshmallow.

Blackout Imperial Milk Stout brewed with lactose and dark chocolate ( 7.8%abv) 35IBU - Jet black liquid poured into a 10oz glass. Brown foam ring. Few lacings . Aroma of roasted malts , whiff of chocolate. Taste of roasted malts and chocolate. Slight sweetness . Good beer. Good new brewery.
