On tap while FINALLY dining out at The Tavern on the Wharf in Plymouth , Ma
The brewery is about 4 blocks away from the restaurant , this has to be fresh

“ Synergy is a SMaSH pale ale made with 2 row barley and Idaho Gem. We used this hop with others before, but created Synergy to see how Gem transformed on its own. This is an easy drinking pale with notes of fruit candy and grapefruit. “
On tap poured into a pint glass
Thin white foam layer , some lacings
Aroma is grapefruit
Taste is grapefruit rind , grapefruit
Mouthfeel is bitter
Nice beer
