Hazy IPA with a wheat forward grist that we let free-rise during early fermentation to produce some fruity esters. We selected Citra Lupomax and Motueka for the dry hop to complement the flavor profile achieved. The finished beer boasts notes of fresh citrus limeade and orange slushie.
