It's Feierzeit, loosely translated "party time", our Festbier to celebrate the season of the Wiesn. Feierzeit has a doughy maltiness from Pilsner and Vienna that adds a touch of sweetness in balance to the crisp finish. This year we focused on optimizing the lagering process and carbonation to deliver what in now our favorite batch of Feierzeit. Prost!
