Crystal clear golden brew with a tall pile of foam in the Pilsner glass. Pleasant whiff of something green and leafy in the hop department. Lively and prickly on the tongue. Starts with some malt and cereal taste. Flavor becomes resiny as you sip. I could not possibly say what distinguishes this from other American and German style Pilsners, but it's quite appealing. A fine quaff with malty sweetness and a bitter aftertaste that leaves you wanting more. From the 16 oz can purchased at O'Shea Brewing. No apparent date.
