Pours a clear yellow brew with plenty of foam in the Chimay chalice. This may be a Rice Lager but it tastes of sweet citrus and it might as well be an American wheat beer. Aroma is very inviting, with that unusual citrus scent. Taste is citrus and some peaches, all quite sweet. Malty body and not so carbonated. Actually this tastes more like fruit juice with a modest fizz. Only the slight bitterness in the aftertaste might clue this is a beer. From the 16 oz can purchased at O'Shea Brewing. Not dated.
