Ogopogo Brewing

Clear pale golden color with abundant foam in the Blanche de Chambly goblet. Aroma of cut grass, straw, and some odd green vegetable matter. Light and sudsy on the tongue. Warm malt with a tang but not sweet. Flavors of green beans, grain, and a little cornbread. Dry finish with slight astringency and alfalfa in the nose. Highly gulpable but not of much interest aside from whistle wetting. From the 16 oz can purchased at O'Shea Brewing. No apparent date.
