Slight haze on the golden brew with plenty of foam in the Bacchus tumbler. Light and spritzy, even creamy, on the tongue. Very slight malty sweetness and then quite tangy with citrus notes. Resiny, green, leafy hop taste with moderate bitter finish. Overall this is a rather hoppy version of a Pilsner with some pleasant aromatics. Aftertaste is more resiny and dry with some persistent lemon peel in the nose. From the 16 oz can purchased at o'Shea Brewing. No apparent date.
