a seriously awesome american ipa here, and while i like all their stuff pretty well, this was hands down my favorite, i could drink this all night. it has a nice full body but stays dry and relatively minimal on the grain in the feel. its balanced, but has an incredibly fresh concentrated citrus profile to it, notes of white grape, peach candy, and sweet orange all come right out in the nose, and the flavor is as forward and hop driven as the nose, artfully crafted to say the least, this should turn some heads once they get up and running a little bit! i get that cryo hop sort of intensity, almost crystalline or candied, but the beer is never sweet. its fluffy and drier, maybe some wheat in here, a nice vehicle for the hops though, which have an oily pine and citrus essential oily complex, tangerine, lemon, and a soda sort of fizziness to it, really refreshing and flavorful, the epitome of freshness, and a no frills ipa that will really drink. i kept shaking my head at it, way too good for how new they are! highly recommended when you visit, its their best beer and an early standout!
