The Awning Attack Double IPA is an intensely hoppy and strong India Pale Ale. This beer was brewed and double dry hopped with the classic IPA hop combination of Citra and Mosaic. This results in bright intense grapefruit, lime and tropical aromas followed by subtle floral and pine notes. The flavour profile mirrors the aroma but also finishes dry and clean. This is also a high gravity beer at 8.5% alc. vol., that provides a warmness and helps balance the beer. The drinker must be aware as this beer will sneak up and "Attack".

32 ounce howler from Endeavour’s taproom.
Pours a slightly hazy burnt orange with finger of short lived white head.
Aroma of resinous pine, citrus, hint of pineapple, and caramel malt.
Tastes of grainy sweet caramel malt with over ripe orange, tangerine, resinous pine, and a touch of boozy heat.
Full smooth and sticky sweet mouthfeel - leaving with a boozy bittersweet kick.
Hard to think of a better Alberta brewed DIPA.
May 28/2023 Finally in cans!! Remains great - tropical, a bit dank, resinous pine and some caramel sweetness. Sticky and bittersweet (though not terribly bitter) with a backend boozy heat.
