Devil’s Thumb is a bold and balanced Cascadian Dark Ale - a style born in the Pacific Northwest. This beer marries dark, roasted malts with bright, citrus-forward hops. Cascade and Centennial hops bring layers of pine, grapefruit, and floral spice, while roasted malt adds hints of cocoa and coffee. The result is a clean, medium-bodied ale with a crisp bitterness and a dry finish that keeps you reaching for another sip.

16 ounce can from brewery - packaged December 9, 2025 - had on tap there first.
Pours a deep black (SRM listed at 37) with a finger of tight bubbly slightly reddish brown head - some delicate lacing.
Nose of roasted malts with coffee, some softer cocoa notes with spicy piney and floral hops.
The palate hits with a bold piney resin and grapefruit peel bitterness, again coffee and some hints of dark chocolate with a touch of malty sweetness that pushes back against the boldly bitter backbone.
Solid medium mouthfeel with moderate carbonation and a bit of creaminess giving way to a crisp dry finish and lingering bitterness.
To date my favourite brew from Endeavour!
