Smooth, creamy, amber colored ale made with 45% corn. Nice and refreshing on a cool autumn evening.

16 oz can canned 8/29/24 into a Becker glass. When purchased, this can was only 10 days old.
L: SRM 17 pours a clear amber rusty red tea color with a 1/2" sudsy off white head that recedes to thin froth, VG steady, lunch, bright carbonation, loose spooky lacing.
S: Malty brown bread, caramel, black tea.
T: Caramel malts, subtle dark fruits, brown bread, distant dark honey, a hint of concord grape, malty and bready overall with a touch of citrus zest near the finish. It is very gently sweet.
F: Lightly brisk, smooth, medium to med-light bodied feel that is plush and has luster from its well of carbonation.
O: A wholesome taste and a fantastic feel accompany this beer. Easy to quaff, well balanced, well crafted. I wish I had more than just this single can. It is excellent in its style. Drink fresh!!

Pours a pretty orange red amber. Smell is of caramel toasty malts with a touch of sweet corn. Tastes like a nice sweet caramel that is perfectly balanced with just enough bitterness to keep it from being too sweet. I can somewhat taste corn in it, and i wouldn't say that it detracts from the beer, but does not add to the quality either. It's exceptionally smooth going down. It's pretty good and I'll probably buy some more before the season changes.
