Pours a huge white head that dissipates after a minute. Hazy golden appearance with columns of small bubbles racing upwards around the glass the whole time I was drinking it. Smell is a little but funky and sour with a slight banana along with the smell of thick wheat flour and bread. The taste is a satisfying thick wheat bread taste along with the fancy banana yeast taste from the smell. This one feels very carbonated almost to the point of it feels like drinking soda but it doesn't detract from the experience at all. I didn't like the first one I tried, but after having one a few days later it's frown on me. I'd recommend this one if you can find it.
