Pours a near her black with a slight tan head. It smells like intense freshly roasted ground coffee with hints of chocolate and a slightly sweet toffee smell in the middle of it. The taste has very intense coffee flavor up front with a nice chocolate finish without being too bitter. It tastes almost like a chocolate covered coffee bean. It has a slightly thick and oily mouth feel and goes down very easily. Overall one of the best flavored stouts I've ever had.
