Pours a slightly dark translucent gold with a head that dissipates quickly but the last 10% of it sticks around. The smell is dominated by rice and slightly roasted malts with small hints of toffee, coffee and chocolate coming through finished by a hoppy floral scents. Taste follows the nose but dominated by a slightly ricey taste and has a very minimal bitter finish. The finish is very bright, dry and crisp. It's delicately carbonated and goes down smooth enough to chug if you really wanted to. Overall I'm pleasantly surprised by the quality of this beer.
