I tried this beer off the tapper at the brewery as part of a four sample flight whilst on a beer trip to Springfield, Illinois with my old Oswego Posse. It poured a hazy poopy color with no head and no lace. The scent had subtle grain and malt notes. The taste was grainy and malty. The mouthfeel was lighter in body and had subtle carbonation. Overall it is a poor beer; however, in the brewer's defense....I did not see "kick the keg special" next to the name....so this was bottom of the barrel crap...so this may not be the best rating for the beer.
