Burd's Nest Brewing Company "Hop Blossom IPA"

Notes: Very hazy deep gold body beneath a bright white head of foam. Average head retention and lacing. Citrusy, tropical, and malty aroma. The flavor follows with an added touch of diacetly. Grainy, biscuity malt. Bold bitterness - 83 IBUs? Yes! Dry bitter finish. Medium bodied and crisp. Overall this is an aggressive IPA that might hit all of the right notes for you if that's your thing, and although some would call out the diacetly as a major problem I don't feel it really hurt the beer, and in fact added a bit to it. Worth trying just to see.
