Burd's Nest Brewing Company "Summer Wheat"

Notes: Very hazy light gold body beneath a short head of bright white foam. Limited head retention and lacing, at least for a wheat beer. Limited aroma. Flavor is fruity with apple and banana over a delicate wheat malt base. It's sweetish but there's also a very slight tartness that helps to balance it along with it's moderate (20 IBUs or so) bitterness. Light-medium in body and crisp. A nicely balanced and easy to drink beer for summer.
