Notes: 53 IBUs. Black IPA with added coffee. Very hazy and almost cloudy brown-black body beneath a short head of yellowed tan foam. Average head retention and lacing. Nutty coffee and a slight hoppiness in the aroma. The flavor follows. 53 IBUs? It seems higher but it remains nicely balanced. Roasty coffee finish with a lingering bitterness. Medium bodied and crisp.
