Appearance - The beer poured in a pale straw color with a white head and visible carbonation.
Smell - The beer had a strong Lyme presence in the nose. It was strong but not overbearing.
Taste - The beer had a nice lime presence. It reminded me of key lime pie with notes that resembled a grahm cracker crust. There was even a hint of salt toward the back, but the sour lime lead the way.
Mouthfeel - The carbonation was notable and perhaps accentuated the line. The body was well rounded for the style.
Overall - This beer was the highlight of my visit to Waxed Wings.
