Golden honey orange haze, decent head on the pour that dissipates. Smell of honey, vanilla, bitter hops, sweet marshmallow cereal milk in their combination, not sure its my favorite combo. But it drinks fantastically well. Cool doughy Wax Wings confectionary DIPA is glazed with sweet honey and vanilla frosting, has a candied orange come through on the finish, though it takes some warming up to emerge. Has a feathery fluffy edge, reminds of dandelions. The adjunct -heavy IPA is not my favorite style, and often it takes a few sips to adjust to the profile. That was the case here, but it settles into a really nice groove. The orange really pops and blends into an orange, mango, stone fruit profile DIPA, as the honey and vanilla fade across the drinking experience.
