Pours a dark, oxidized-looking burnt orange color with two fat fingers of yellowed head. Decent retention and nice, thick lacing.
Creamed orange, pine, cedar sawdust and white pepper in the nose.
Very creamy orange flavor with some tropical elements added. Just a kiss of booze and bitterness. None of the evergreen qualities from the aroma.
Full bodied and creamy feel with some zip to the carbonation.
Ended up being much more tropical-ish, creamy and new school than the look and smell led me to expect, but very tasty nonetheless.
