Named after the island where Seibei Nakagawa discovered hops growing in the wild, this lager was brewed with pilsner malt, rice and Sorachi Ace hops. The result is a beer that’s soft and light, yet punctuated with a crisp, dry finish.

A - Pours a lightly hazed pale yellow with a brilliant white head. Tons of soapy lacing.
S - Aroma is faint pilsner malts and lager yeast.
T - The taste is sweet corn, toasted biscuit, pilsner malts, lager yeast and a nice bitter hop bite.
M - Medium body with medium carbonation. Creamy mouthfeel with a crisp dry finish.
O - Really liked this. Light and crushable.
