Pours a slightly hazy golden color, definitely a more unfiltered look than what I associate with the style, and sports a frothy white head that provides moderate lacing.
The nose features those noble hop aromas I love in Bohemian Pilsners, with lots of earthy spice that blend well with the bready malt aromas and triggers my salivary glands.
The spicy, earthy hop flavors (thanks, Saaz hops) lead the taste and are absolutely delicious, especially with the accompanying bready malt flavors and the crisp, tight mouthfeel. This is quite simply a beer drinker’s beer, IMHO.

A - Pours a clear gold with a large fluffy white head. The head fades into a thin ring leaving a nice amount of clingy lacing.
S - Aroma is floral hops, yeasty white bread and sweet malts.
T - The taste is white bread, sweet malts, bohemian yeast, and a nice floral hop bitterness
M - Medium body with medium carbonation. Soft mouthfeel with a crisp dry finish.
O - Really solid Czech pilsner.
