We started with the DNA of our favorite house beer, brewed and hopped in a unique ratio to create a soft texture with waves of citrus fruit. We then added hop terpenes, which are highly concentrated aromatic oils. These terpenes contributed big notes of pineapple whip and pine. The resulting beer is unique, intensely aromatic and soft.

poured from a 16oz can into a narrow gauge stemless wine glass. pours a very dark but hazy orange with a creamy white foam cap. lovely aromas of oranges? grapefruit, dandelions and grass. it almost has like a honey sweetness to it. the taste offers up some of these things and while it’s much less sweet than i predicted and has a nice bitterness to it it also is a little bland compared to the nose. it’s tasty but i had hoped for more based on what my nostrils were telling me. thick, creamy mouthfeel that’s quite smooth for 9%. solid IIPA.
